Scott Avett on printing the 2011 tour poster

this is amazing

This is relevant to the interests of many of you.

I don’t know if the inimitable Craxworth was thinking of me specifically when posting this, but I’m going to choose to believe so. Having done a few of these (and clumsily trying to document the process when doing so), this is my Favorite Thing On The Internet Today.

I’ve never done something as ambitious as a 60”x30” print, but the process is pretty much the same. I need to build a printing press.
